Stories and highlights

There's always something to celebrate at our school! From exciting events to proud moments and everyday wins, here are some of our highlights.

A year at our school

KC students visited Estia Health. We brought along our sunflower art and a special class artwork to share with the residents. The room was decorated for Halloween with witches' hats and owls. Together we created glow-in-the-dark pumpkin art work using glitter, bats, eyes, spiders and all things spooky.

They also prepared a lovely spread of scones, biscuits, and cake for us to enjoy. The children had a wonderful time chatting, asking questions, and with some even telling knock knock jokes!

It was a lovely experience and we look forward to our next visit.

Who doesn’t love a trip to the Science Space? Stage 2 (including the Year 2s from 2/3D) went over for a look on Friday 12 September 2025. Stephen Hawking, Marie Curie and Charles Darwin had nothing on us as we journeyed through space in the Planetarium, explored the wonders on the exhibit floors, built Lego towers designed to withstand an earthquake and had our brains blown at the Bubbleology show. It was awesome!
